Concept

How it works:

We are here for your convenience!..pull in from the West Side, off of Highway 118.  Feel free to stop in and enjoy our lounge, outdoor or indoor.  


All products & items are within view from your driver's seat. You may pull through slowly to visually shop the products you might want. Our staff has portable sales tablets and the whole transaction can be done through your driver's window. 


In the mornings, while we offer breakfast options, there is a digital screen that displays all the breakfast options. We try to hustle and get your transaction completed as we try not to hold anyone up very long because we understand people always have a limited amount of time!


In addition, if you have more time, we invite you to come check out our outdoor lounge and Hanger Event Area, where you can enjoy any of our products while enjoying the shaded outside seating area. We offer sports on the screens. Also, we host food vendors (food trucks) and invite you to shop and eat from any of food vendors.

TAILGATE & AFTER PARTIES

We host tailgate parties for every Sul Ross home game.  We start the tailgate party two hours before the game and then an after-party right after.  The parties consist of live DJ's and/or Live Band and Performers.  Bring your lawn chair and a shade or use our shaded seating area and come check it out!

Food vendors, often referred to as Food Trucks, lease food vendor areas from us.  They are independent operators and set their own menus and hours.  Food vendors are compliant with all state and local regulations.
